3/10/2018

Parents living in the Zeigler Royalton School District  whose children  are entering Kindergarten in the fall should make an appointment to pre-register their child for the 2018-2019 school year. To register, children must be residents of the school district and must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2018.

Parents need to bring your child with you to the screening along with the following items:  the child's official birth certificate on file at the County Clerk's office in the county where the child was born (not the hospital copy), Social Security number, proof of residency (water bill,  power bill, or something that shows a service to your address), immunization record and , if applicable, Medicaid number.  Parents will receive a physical form, a proof of school dental examination form, and an eye examination form which are all required before entrance into Kindergarten.  Children will not be allowed to start school until the physical and all immunizations are complete.
For more information or to make an appointment, please call 618-596-2121 ext. 1001.
