SOUTHERN ILLINOIS CHILDREN'S CHOIR OFFERS MESSAGE OF PEACE, LOVE AND JOY-DEC 9th

The Southern Illinois Children's Choir (SICC) invites everyone to come and enjoy the "voices of angels" as children Pre-K through eighth grade present a  FREE concert of traditional and contemporary carols.  All are welcome! The concert will be held at  the Grace  United Methodist Church located at 220 N Tower Rd in Carbondale. 

The Southern Illinois Children’s Choir exists to enhance children’s lives through choral music education and performance, while building a world-class choir.
The SICC , now in its second decade is organized for the musical enrichment of area children and the enhancement of the musical life of southern Illinois. The choir is open  is open to girls and boys with unchanged voices. The community-based organization consists of four treble choirs, each based on the skill levels and ages of the children. Auditions take place at the SIUC School of Music at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters and rehearsals take place 
each Tuesday evening of the academic school year at Altgeld Hall on the SIUC campus.
