FREE Medical Services Available in Harrisburg June 18-27th - Everyone Welcome

Members of the military will be offering medical screenings to the public this June. All ages are welcome and there are no income or residency requirements. The screenings will take place in Southern Illinois.

These services include:
- Medical Screening and General Exams ONLY
- Dental Exams and Extractions ONLY
- Optometry Screenings and Glasses (Single vision, one pair only)
