Rend Lake Days and Sesser Homecoming 
The 2024 Sesser Homecoming & Rend Lake Days is 4 days of old-fashioned family fun. Sesser grills up the best in the Midwest Rend Lake BBQ Sandwiches and Sesser Corn on the Cob. This great food is only available once a year at the Sesser Homecoming!

Superman Celebration Metropolis Illinois The 46th Annual Superman Celebration is scheduled to take place in Metropolis, Illinois from June 7th to June 9th, 202412. This event is more than just a convention or a festival—it’s a celebration! Here’s what you can expect during the Superman Celebration: Vendors: Explore a variety of vendors offering merchandise, collectibles, and more. Celebrities: Get a chance to meet special guests and celebrities associated with Superman. Food: Enjoy delicious food options available throughout the celebration. Annabell Festival Anna, Illinois The Annabelle Festival will take place Saturday, June 8 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The festival will be on Davie Street with special events at Anna Arts Center, a walking tour of Anna, a bus tour, activities for children at KidFest, crafts with Anna-Jonesboro Garden Club, free live music and a free car show. Furry Family Fun Day at Alto Pass Park 
The Cobden Spay & Neuter Coalition, Union County Animal Control and Bounce Blast Rentals have united to create Furry Family Fun Day at Alto Pass Park on Saturday, June 1 from 12-5pm. MANY more details to come regarding this amazing fundraiser. We’ll have several bounce houses, games and kids activities, adoptable animals, music, food and more!
