Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA)
Assists individuals in finding employment. Computer access, vocational, and career information is available. Individuals lacking marketable job skills and/or education may eligible for vocational training which may cover tuition, books, mileage, and child care. Low-income adults, older youth, and dislocated workers are eligible. This program assists in providing the skills to become self-sufficient and earn a living wage.
