Doulas to hold free informational event
Trinity Doula Services will hold a free “Meet the Doulas” event July 15 at the Varsity Center for the Arts in Carbondale.
Families of Southern Illinois will have the opportunity to meet with the doulas from Trinity Doula Services to learn about how doulas can help support them through pregnancy, childbirth and the transition into parenthood.
The event will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Varsity, located at 418 S. Illinois Ave. in downtown Carbondale. Snacks will be provided, and a mystery raffle will be held.
