Organizers say all are welcome to enjoy a free traditional meal. It will include turkey, holiday sides and dessert. You can dine-in and make new friends, or, maybe catch up with an old acquaintance. 
The event is taking place Thursday, November 27th from noon to 2 p.m. at the Newman Center. It's located between the SIU Rec Center and the train tracks.
Meals will also be me available for delivery and carry-out.

Hours for this event are 10:30am-1 pmwith eat-in, carryout or delivery available. This free community event is open to the public, we just ask that you call the Carterville Water Department at (618)985-2011 to make a reservation.
