Do they bend down and talk directly with your child? Do they make efforts to engage in conversation?Are they welcoming? Do they take time to answer your questions? Do your feel respected and listened to?. Remember, you leave your child with people, not a building. One of the most important ingredients to a successful experience for your child (and for you) is the relationships you have with the administrator and teacher. In the end, trust your instincts..
